Power Yoga
A high-energy practice designed to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness through powerful flowing sequences.
Saturday Workshops
Expert-led sessions on posture correction, mobility, stress relief, inversions, meditation, and other special wellness topics.
Meet the instructor
Charmi Pandit
Charmi leads every class with a steady, encouraging presence — guiding students of all levels through Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Sadhana and Power Yoga with equal care for beginners and long-time practitioners.
She holds a 200-hour+ certified Teacher's Training from Exhale Yoga School, with specializations spanning Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Prenatal, Restorative and Aerial yoga — alongside a background as a certified personal trainer, giving her classes a grounded, anatomy-focused approach to alignment and safety.

Not at all. Hatha and guided pranayama sessions are especially suited to complete beginners, and the pace is set to meet you where you are.
A yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. Mention any spare-mat needs when you inquire.

Please mention any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy when you inquire, so the instructor can guide you appropriately in class.
Monday to Friday, two morning batches (6:30–7:30 AM and 7:30–8:30 AM) and two evening batches (5:00–6:00 PM and 6:00–7:00 PM). Saturdays are reserved for special workshops; closed Sundays.
