Charmi leads every class at Mahayogini with a steady, encouraging presence — guiding students of all levels through Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama with equal care for beginners and long-time practitioners. Come meet her on the mat.

Frequently asked questions
Not at all. Hatha and guided pranayama sessions are especially suited to complete beginners, and the pace is set to meet you where you are.
A yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. Mention any spare-mat needs when you inquire.
